Vicente Perez has been a committed leader in the Orange Soil and Water Conservation District since 2025.
Unanimously designated as Associate Supervisor by the OSWCD Board of Supervisors, serving since 2025, and current Treasurer of the Board (2026).
His experience as Supervisor Associate and current Treasurer equips him with the skills needed to effectively serve the community.
